We all know it all too well.... houses not used regularly get that locked up smell. They become mouldy and damp, metal equipment rusts and cloths and curtains start to smell.
This can create major maintenance and deterioration issues while also devaluing the property.
A cost effective, trouble free solution is SolarVenti - the Solar driven warm, fresh air producer.
this solar powered system costs nothing to run. Once installed, the sun automatically powers the system making it ideal for houses periodically unoccupied, without any risks o\f leakage or property damage.
The overall operation of SolarVenti is simple, efficient an free.
Whenever the sun shines, SolarVenti will blow fresh warm and dry air into the building ensuring humidity and smells are removed. The SolarVenti system \no only ensures a dry and fresh environment, it also produces additional heating for the building.

A north, north-west or north-east facing site with minimal shade is ideal. SolarVenti can either be mounted directly on the wall or roof mounted, affixed to the special bracket provided. The valve for airflow regulation is installed inside the house and connects via a flexible tube to the solar air panel and fan outside.

The system can be fitted within a few hours, either by an installer of by a handyman. The only tools needed are a power drill, screwdriver, hammer and chisel. Full, simple instructions for installation are provided.
The system consists of a room thermostat and a regulator.
The fan speed can be adjusted with the regulator. The slower the speed, the higher the temperature of the incoming air.
The fan will be shut off when exceeding a desired room temperature.
The SV30 system is supplied with a cooling kit which includes an extra fan and thermostat. At a set temperature, the second fan will start blowing cooler air from below the house inside to cool the room or alternatively the fan may be installed to remove warm air.

| After installation, SolarVenti runs automatically and WITHOUT ANY COST | |
| It doesn't just remove moisture: SolarVenti pushes fresh air into the building | |
| The risk of dry rot is decreased | |
| SolarVenti operates without electrical power supplies | |
| No extra heating is needed to keep the house dry | |

A normal solar collector is insulated on the back and may get very hot - up to 1400 C - if not cooled. The high temperature will destroy any solar cell placed inside such a system. The new cleverly designed system, developed by Aidt Miljų, automatically cools itself, even when the fan is shut off. The result is an elegant solar collector that can be fixed to a wall or alternatively mounted on the roof. the big model, SV30, assists the heating as well as the ventilation of larger houses and buildings.
"After buying a SolarVenti 14 for our 60m2 summer cottage, we found we had a nice supplement to help heat the house, especially in spring and autumn.
It's also great in winter, partly heating the house while circulating fresh natural air.
It is an ingenious product which absolutely fulfils what it promises, and we highly recommend it."

The model SV14 supplies 60-90 m3 of dry, warm air per hour, more than enough to keep a house of 70 m2 wonderfully fresh and dry during the winter. The SolarVenti model SV14 heats the air approx. 300 C above the outside temperature (at 60 m3/hour) before it is ducted into the building.
The smaller models SV7 and SV3 heats the air approx. 150 C above the outside
temperature and are suitable for houses of approx. 40 m2 and 25 m2 respectively. The SV3 is also excellent for boats and caravans, and the large model, SV30,
provides a minimum airflow of 120 m3/hour with an approx. temperature increase of 400 C and offers significant potential to assist in heating houses, offices and other buildings. It is suitable for ventilating and dehumidifying areas up to 140 m2.
